At Windermere Real Estate, our Summerlin office is seeking a friendly and professional Broker to assist clients in buying and selling properties. As a Broker, you will market listings, provide guidance to buyers and sellers, and help them navigate the real estate process with ease. Responsibilities
Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best terms and prices
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Promote properties through effective marketing strategies
Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
Interact with potential buyers to showcase properties
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation and exceptional people skills
Ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivation and a drive for sales success
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Basic knowledge of MS Office and technology
Must be 18 years or older
