As a Broker, you will join our passionate team at our Alameda office. You will play a crucial role as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the marketing and purchasing process. Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Display and market real property to potential buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork, contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Proven track record of successful sales
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
Friendly, trustworthy, and customer-focused attitude
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
