Summary
The Breakfast Cook helps with station assignments, maintains place, and prepares hot and cold foods for breakfast according to Chef de Cuisine’s (or Executive Chef’s) specifications.

Essential Job Functions
- Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats
- Set up station and mise en place to Chefs specifications
- May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations
- Help organize kitchen items including, dry goods, kitchen equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries
- Set up, work, and breakdown station
- Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift
- Submit production needs for following day by shift end
- Other duties as assigned
