Job Description
The purpose of this job is to lead the development, creation, and execution of B2B brand marketing programs across select company channels.
Strengthens brand equity by developing, leading, and executing fully integrated marketing programs
Partners closely with marketing leadership on the development of brand strategies across the company
Manages communication of campaign details, rationale, and implementation with agency partners
Collaborates on research and leverages findings to build insights- driven marketing plans, actively looking for improvement against key competitors and category trends
Actively develops strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to align on clear goals, accountabilities and outcomes that drive the business;

Collaborate on the creative process including copy writing, graphic design and digital design
Develop and maintain budget forecasts, trend analysis, and optimizations
Create actionable reporting around key program trends and key performance indicators
Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose;
ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned
