We are on the lookout for a Marketing Associate with the ambition, skill, and creativity to support our CEO in propelling all marketing initiatives forward. This role is your ticket to the inner workings of strategic decision-making, where every contribution you make is pivotal.
Accountabilities
Website Performance — Customer Journey;
Copy;
Conversion Enhancement:
Execute website changes alongside our designer to elevate our online store's performance, implementing strategies to enhance user experience and driving sales growth through effective use of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shogun, etc.
Social execution;
Email and campaign execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that encompasses all digital channels (especially social), creating and writing engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s narrative and marketing objectives, leveraging tools like Canva for impactful visual content.
Crafting Captivating Narratives for Press Connections:
Create compelling narratives that capture the interest of journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets, encouraging them to share our story with their audiences. Steward a CRMbased community of emails and construct compaigns.
Dame Labs Activations:
Spearheaded consumer research projects and activations under our Dame Labs initiative. Help us make great products with our community.
Project Management:
Utilize project management tools like Asana to organize, track, and ensure the timely completion of marketing projects and campaigns, coordinating across teams to achieve marketing goals effectively and efficiently.
SALARY:
$65K to $80K
Requirements
A+ storytelling and copywriting experience (agency or brand)
2-3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on e-commerce and CPG brands.
Proficiency in Shopify, Canva, Excel, klaviyo and Asana.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong content strategy and creation experience.
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
