Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our finance team at CKH Group. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various bookkeeping tasks to support the smooth operation of our finance department. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Record financial transactions, such as purchases, sales, and payments.
Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare and send invoices to customers and follow up on overdue payments.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Conduct periodic audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting principles and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and process improvements.
Tax Preparation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
CPA certification or relevant certification is a plus.
