OPPORTUNITY:
A Bridge to Achievement seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for our University City, NC region. We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about providing ethical, assent-based, evidence-based interventions to autistic children and autistic young adults (ages 2 to 21 years). The BCBA assesses, designs, and oversees ABA services under the supervision of our Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA).
Our services are mainly center-based, with a few home and/or community sessions if needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete assessment and treatment plans for service authorizations
Create programs and teaching plans in our electronic records management system
Provide supervision to behavior technicians and trainees
Prepare and facilitate on-the-job staff training/program modeling
Provide caregiver training
Travel to learners' homes if needed

4- Full Administrative Staff Support– You can focus exclusively on the children and families you serve while our support team manages all administrative paperwork. ABtA has an intake department, a training department, a scheduling department, a center administrative support department, and we outsource billing!

We also utilize virtual/online assessment portals for our learners (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, etc.), although we also have paper and pencil formats for any old-school BCBAs.

Requirements
Required Certification:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Required Licensure:
NC Behavior Analyst license
1+ year of post certification experience required
2+ years of experience implementing ABA interventions with children with ASD
Proficient at conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBAs and writing assessment reports under the supervision and guidance of the agency’s licensed professional in compliance with the NC Psychology Board.
Skilled at writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs under the supervision and guidance of the agency’s licensed professional in compliance with the NC Psychology Board.
Experience training and supervising ABA Behavior Technicians and parents on implementing ABA techniques under the supervision and guidance of the agency’s licensed professional in compliance with the NC Psychology Board.
Travel to learners’ homes as needed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, high-energy and organized. Positive attitude. Strong work ethic.
Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Flexible schedule.
