Board Certified Behavior Analyst Needed

We at Rebound Home and Community Therapy are expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to serve individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated neurological/behavioral needs.
We are searching for BCBAs to help expand our program! BCBA Responsibilities:
Operate in the greater Reed City/Big Rapids area, as well as our Baldwin Center
Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans to be carried out by RBTs and caregivers.
Promote effective communication among peers, medical staff, referral sources, school personnel, and other members of a client's support system.
Collaborate with other behavioral professionals affiliated with the client to obtain optimal outcomes/consistency.
Promote business growth and development by facilitating conversations with community partners regarding treatment effectiveness, meaning of terminology, and features/benefits of ABA treatment.
Maintain continuing education requirements and all required certification requirements.
Meet and exceed productivity requirements to promote behavioral plans throughout the community/territory provided.
Overtime Bonus
Clinicians who work 42 hours per week or less, will be eligible for overtime. Overtime will be paid based on an average of your pay rate for the week. For those that work more than 42 hours, only overtime will be compensated.
Individual Pay Rates will be adjusted to the following:
55-60% Productive = $1.50 increase per hour
60-65% Productive = $3.00 increase per hour
65% or More Productive = $4.00 increase per hour.
This increases will be paid for all hours worked not just billable time.

Requirements
BCBA in good standing with the BACB
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA through the State of Michigan
2 years experience preferred but not required.
