Job Summary
The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our life sciences product portfolio. In this dynamic position, you will spearhead strategies to increase market share, revenue, and customer adoption within the bioburden testing domain. With a deep understanding of the industry and its customers, you will leverage your strong leadership skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and execute plans that propel our products forward.
As a highly-motivated product visionary and experienced strategic owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our global sales force, to develop and implement local, regional, and product growth initiatives. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable effective collaboration and alignment across the organization.

Duties &
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive market share and revenue growth for the
Bioburden product line.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) on product development, launches, and targeted campaigns.
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive loyalty.
Identify key market trends, drivers, competitor landscapes, and customer requirements,
Including potentially disruptive technologies.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Define the product vision and strategy based on market research and customer feedback.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including launch, maintenance, and retirement.
Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape for growth opportunities.
Create and maintain product documentation (user guides, specifications, release notes).
Make data-driven decisions based on product metrics, user feedback, and market trends.
Communicate the products value proposition to external stakeholders (customers, partners, investors).
Continuously evaluate and optimize the product to meet customer needs and business
Objectives.
Partner with key customers to understand unmet technology needs and define future product
Development.
Develop and deliver training to global teams and customers, and contribute to marketing
Content and messaging.
Act as an industry leader by interfacing with regulatory and advisory boards, attending
Conferences, and publishing technical content.
Collaborate with the sales team on industry strategy, customer materials, training, and
Applications support.
Maintain expertise in applicable regulatory requirements and ensure product alignment.
Develop technical content, including application notes, papers, and marketing materials.
Support sales efforts through seminars, trade shows, and demos.
Comply with company policies on inclusion, quality, and environmental, health, and safety.
Knowledge, Skills &

Expertise in analytical instrumentation, semiconductor ultrapure water systems, and
Microbiology methodologies.
Strong analytical skills to assess market data, drive growth, and address customer challenges.

Travel up to 30%
Hybrid role - in the office, at a minimum, twice a week.
