Bilingual Part Time Janitor

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now hiringBilingual Janitorsfor a 8 Story apartment building in our location inChicago, IL 60640
Primary duties include:
-Cleaning and general maintenance cleaning the common areas:
Entrance, lobby, office, restroom, laundry room, elevators, and stairwells.
-Removal of trash from the trash closets on each floor.
-Picking up of trash in front of the building when necessary.
-Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
-Perform other job-related duties as required.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
7:
00AM to 2:
00PM (7hrs per day &
21 hours per week.)
Starting Hourly Pay Rate:
$16.20/hr.
Bi-weekly Pay.
Requirements:
-Must Have two valid forms of IDs.
-Have an updated resume.
-Speak English and Spanish.
-Background Check will be conducted.
-Commercial cleaning experience.
-Able to Start working as soon as possible.
-Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.
-As a request of our client janitor should not have visible tattoos and should have a neat appearance at work.
