A global manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR initiatives for their facility in Goodyear, AZ. Responsibilities include performing duties that support HR policy and goals to promote a “high-performance” culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with HR leadership and line-management to implement initiatives that support the companies’ long term objectives
Ensure HR policy in compliance with state regulation and standards
Perform administrative tasks related to employee relations, recruitment onboarding benefits, &
compensation
Align department with organizational growth and change through staffing, talent development, organization design, performance management and succession planning
Utilize reporting tools to acquire and analyze metrics to support data driven decision-making
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of human resources experience in a manufacturing, distribution or comparable industrial environment
Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to Human Resources
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
Must have strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bilingual/Spanish
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
