As a Content Creator &
Community Manager at Razorfish, you will be joining our 80+ person social discipline within our fast-growing Consumer &
Content Experience practice.
In this role, you will be a hybrid Community Manager AND Creator working on one of the largest retail store chains in the world that sells soaps, lotions, fragrances and candles - making social-first content that breaks through feeds and engaging passionate fans across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X.
This important job specifically focuses on managing the brand’s Canadian social presence across Facebook and Instagram - inclusive of performing listening and response on the channels, creating weekly trend-led social content, and managing the pages overall in both English and French.
You’ll be working alongside a team of social strategists, community managers and a creative director to mine trending hashtags, cultural moments and community responses - and generate content and responses that place the brand into the conversation in relevant, engaging and timely ways.

Key Responsibilities:
Help spot relevant trends happening across social channels - specifically Instagram and Facebook in collaboration with the team
Performing community management (in both French and English) inclusive of monitoring conversations and brand mentions, and proactively responding in order to engage fans on a deeper level in relevant ways
Concept social content ideas - including creating mood boards and storyboards to convey your idea and creative approach
Work with a producer to bring your content ideas to life (in both French and English) - which could range from re-mixing existing brand assets to shooting low-fi content of product from your phone or capturing content at an event activation
Editing your content and applying things like text overlays, emojis, and music
Ideating around bigger campaign activations in collaboration with the creative director, partner agencies and the client’s in-house creative team
Providing ad hoc support around real-time content creation needs as they arise
