Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Talent Engagement team. As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs. This includes but is not limited to:
enrollment in benefit plans, managing benefit changes, and answering employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. This is an entry level role that does not require previous experience. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing company.
Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
Process benefit changes, such as adding or removing dependents, and updating employee records
Answer employee inquiries related to benefits and provide guidance and support
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to benefits
Assist with open enrollment process and communication to employees
Collaborate with HR team and vendors to resolve benefit-related issues
Stay up-to-date with changes and trends in the benefits industry
Requirements
Spanish Speaking Bi-Lingual
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
