We are seeking a responsible and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our family and provide exceptional care for our children. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Behavioral Therapist or in a similar role, with a passion for helping children learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's development
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks
- Provide transportation to and from school, appointments, and activities
- Assist with homework and school projects
- Maintain the children's daily schedule and routine
- Ensure the children's cleanliness and hygiene
- Communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress and any concerns
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Nanny or in a childcare-related role
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities
- Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible
