Behavioral Services Director Full Time Days Position Summary
Individual has facility oversight of the behavioral health program. Responsible for managing and overseeing all inpatient management and staff covering multiple programs within the BHS services.
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations, assisting with development of policies and procedures that govern psychiatric medical services. Develops and achieves financial objectives, including appropriate staffing targets and budget management. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, and contracts with county and state agencies. Works with community to develop new opportunities to expand services offered.
THE BEHAVIORAL SERVICES DIRECTOR FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Education
Required:
Master's degree.
Experience
Required:
5 years in inpatient unit or intensive outpatient program
Certification
Preferred:
MFT, LCSW, Ph.D.
