The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Behavioral Health Therapist for a community health center, also called a federally qualified health center (FQHC), in Centerville, Chariton, Osceola, Knoxville or Leon, IA.
Full time therapist for outpatient mental health counseling and crisis intervention services.
What is a community health center (FQHC)?
The largest source of comprehensive primary care for medically under-resourced communities and populations.
They have an integrated care model -medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Requirements
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
State licensure in good standing (or license eligible) LISW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW.
All qualified applicants will be considered, including temporarily licensed and early career professionals
