Behavior Therapist - Chardon, Oh

You will be supporting individuals with autism and related disorders in the areas surrounding our Chardon, OH clinic such as Lake County, Geauga County, and Ashtabula County. Some cities we cover are Chardon, Painesville, Concord, and surrounding areas!
This position requires traveling to the surrounding counties of Chardon, OH. Mileage and Travel Time are paid!

Responsibilities
Implement 1:
1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home/center and/or school settings
Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
Attendance at staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
Proven work experience with children
Additional certification may be required based on facility needs
Must be able to commute up to 30 miles and/or 45 minutes from clinic to client or client to clinic
Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry clients when needed
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
High School/ GED required, Associates degrees and above helpful
Benefits
Compensation:
$19.00 per hour or more dependent on experience
