Creative Potential, LLC is an applied behavior analysis (ABA) service provider in Southeastern Connecticut looking for dedicated and self-motivated individuals who share our passion for working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and behavioral challenges through ABA therapy.
$250 Bonus after completing the Probation period and maintaining 20 hours a week for the whole probation period.
The candidate must have at least one year of experience executing in-home support for children and teens with complex diagnoses. They should be versed in in-home care, direct care, and client-direct support and comfortable working directly with children, teens, and young adults ages 4-22.

proficiency in using programs related to work (e.G., Outlook, Office Suite)

Exceptional documentation and verbal communication skills
Intense practice of ethics in unconventional settings
A creative, collaborative approach to clinical work
Unsinkable spirit, coachability, and superlative self-control
no criminal record or pending court cases (fingerprints for federal background check required)
Must be able to collect data in real-time
comfortable working in family homes, clinic setting and in the community
Willing to transport clients to community settings
Willing to participate in client social groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in child development or experience working with children.
Demonstrated engagement with local community resources and social service programs

Responsibilities:
Conduct one-to-one ABA therapy services to our clients in their homes, community and in clinic.
Teach skills such as communication, social skills, self-help skills, and functional play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
Teach, learn, and play with our clients to help them reach their highest potential.
Accurately record treatment data for programs and behavior reduction goals.
Engage in and ensure client safety.
Always maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with all clients.
Communicate and work collaboratively with the CP team.
Occasionally lift 50lbs
Learn and receive supervision directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts on providing therapy to children and supporting their families.
Implement acquisition and behavior reduction plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
Teach, learn, and play with our clients to help them reach their highest potential.
Accurately record treatment data.
Engage in and ensure client safety.
Always maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with all clients.
Communicate and work collaboratively with the CP team.
Occasionally lift 50lbs
