We are currently seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable BCBA to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based behavioral assessments and interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analysis techniques and strategies to address behavioral concerns
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and effectiveness of interventions
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with clients, families, and other professionals
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Extensive experience in behavior analysis and working with individuals with ASD
- Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
