Bartender

Job Description
We are currently seeking part-time bartenders. This is a high-volume environment that requires the ability to maintain a high level of energy. These positions report the Food &
Beverage Director and Front of House Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Lift up 30 lbs
- Ability to stand/walk/bend throughout shift
- Availability to work holidays and weekends (weekday availability is a plus)
- Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local liquor laws
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Effectively communicate food and beverage menus
- Accurately take guests' orders
- Correctly and precisely calculate each guest check
- Cash handling
- Room set up and tear down
- Clean, stock, and maintain the workstations throughout shift
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
- Adhere to company policies and philosophies
