About the position:
Greet and establish rapport with guests
Provide outstanding customer service.
Ensure food and drink orders are accurate.
Makes food and drink recommendations to indecisive guests.
Responsibilities include:
Interacting with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing them with accurate bills, serving them food and drinks, processing payments, and supplying them with whatever they need promptly.
Up-sell for larger tickets;
Interact with and help customers select items through the full knowledge of our drink menu and specials all while looking for opportunities to drive sales.
Collaboration with the team to achieve and surpass club goals.
Giving our guests a great experience by providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
