As a Barber at Tommy Gun’s, your responsibilities include:
Welcoming Customers and Identifying Preferences based on thorough consultations.
Providing Expert Recommendations Based on Face Shapes and Tastes
Demonstrating High-Quality Technical Skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type.
Building Lasting Relationships with Loyal Customers
Maintaining Grooming Stations and Sterilizing Tools
Maximizing Retail Opportunities through Effective Chair Education
Ability to perform back-of-neck shaves, as well as straight razor shaves on guests ( this is not a requirement to apply, we are happy to train you on these services as part of your ongoing education/learning with TG)

Requirements:
