Position Overview:
We seek a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of B2B MarTech to lead our B2B Technology go-to market. The ideal candidate will deeply understand B2B marketing technology, particularly in Marketo, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and lead generation strategies. They will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative MarTech solutions that drive measurable results for our clients. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Audience Team Leaders.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the B2B MarTech division, aligning with company objectives and client needs.
2. MarTech Solutions Development:
Develop and implement innovative MarTech solutions tailored to B2B clients, leveraging platforms such as Marketo to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
3. ABM Strategy:
Lead the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) technology offering, including audience segmentation, personalized content creation, and targeted outreach initiatives.
4. Client Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on MarTech strategies, technology investments, and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI.
5. Team Management:
Build and mentor a high-performing team of MarTech specialists, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities to ensure continued growth and success.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other departments such as creative, content, and analytics to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and cohesive client experiences.
7. Industry Trends Monitoring:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in B2B MarTech, continuously evaluating new technologies and approaches to enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
8. Performance Measurement:
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of MarTech initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
