Automotive Service Advisor

Sterling Car Care, a trusted automotive repair shop with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, is currently looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing them with an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with scheduling and booking appointments for service and repairs
Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues and requirements
Provide thorough and detailed information on recommended services, including estimates and timelines
Coordinate with the automotive technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance
Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them updated on the status of their vehicles
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role as an Automotive Service Advisor
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and software for service scheduling and documentation
Detail-oriented and organized
Customer service-oriented mindset
