Job Overview:
We are looking for a Parts Manager who is energetic, upbeat and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Receiving parts for vehicles that are in the process
Entering parts information into work orders
Managing in house parts inventory
Initiating and documenting parts and core returns
Initiating and following up on warranty claims with vendors
Move vehicles from intake spots to stage for the next step in the process
Perform quality control on repair orders
Shuttle customers
Various other administrative tasks and light janitorial duties as required
Potential to move intoa Service Writer if desired
Other duties as assigned
