Job Overview:
We are looking for an Inventory &
Parts Manager who is energetic, upbeat and has a positive attitude and background in the parts business.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Receiving parts for vehicles that are in the process
Entering parts information into work orders
Managing in house parts inventory
Initiating and documenting parts returns
Initiating and following up on warranty claims with vendors
Move vehicles from intake spots to stage for the next step in the process
Perform customer follow up calls
Shuttle customers
Various other administrative tasks and light janitorial duties as required
Other duties as assigned
