Job Overview:
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the first person to interact with our guests. You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
Checkcustomers in and out
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicle
Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
Keepthe facility clean and organized
Assist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
