We are currently seeking (Junior) Attorneys with either some experience in Personal Injury law or recent law school graduates who have obtained their law license and possess a keen interest in practicing in the field of Personal Injury.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in case preparation related to Personal Injury claims.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and develop case strategies.
Assist in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel for settlements.
Attend hearings, depositions, and client meetings under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
Assist in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent and trademark applications.
Review and evaluate potential cases.
Collaborate with departments, teams and attorneys
Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law is a plus.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Texas Bar License
Prior experience in Personal Injury law preferred but not required for recent graduates.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
