Job Functions:
Analyze Operations reports for increased accuracy for producing payroll
Assist with Human Resources processes that involve payroll – sick, vacation, medical and personal leave, furlough and recall
Work with Operations staff to increase database products
Document existing processes and innovate and improve them
Interface with IT for the development of Operations Systems
Per diem/rig calculations and report
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
High level of organizational skills and accuracy of data input
Must possess a High School diploma or GED
Ability to delegate duties and instructions to insure task completion
Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of one (1) year experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an office environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Job Skills:
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
Knowledge of standard operating procedures of 121and 117 regulations
Knowledge of Flight Operations Department
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field
Physical Requirements:
Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
Light to moderate lifting is required
Comply with ATI attendance requirements
