Associate Media Planner - Global Media - Contract

Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking an Associate Media Planner, Global Media for a multi-month contract until the end of CY 2024.
This role will support the planning, execution, and reporting of global media buys for upcoming AAA game releases.
They will be responsible for the tactical management of digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube, Programmatic, Search, PlayStation, and Xbox. Buys will span multiple regions including North America, EMEA, and APAC zones.
They will report into an Associate Director, Global Media and work closely with global planners, channel managers, agencies, and platform partners.
The media team is part of a fast-faced and high demand marketing team and as such, strong project management, organization, and critical thinking skills are essential for success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support in the development of paid campaigns including the crafting of channel strategies and tactics, audience targeting, flighting, and weighting
- Lead all aspects of tactical execution including spec sheets, workback schedules, creative rotations, and asset deliveries
- Partner with channel managers on the operations of paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube, Programmatic, Search, PlayStation, and Xbox
- Coordinate with local media planners to consolidate details of managed service buys across each region
- Maintain accurate budgets and briefs, including mid and post-campaign reconciliation and billing
- Ensure proper delivery, pacing, and tracking of all media tactics
- Analyze the effectiveness of media channels during and post-campaign, and provide actionable insights and optimizations on a weekly basis
- Stay up to date on brand marketing communications, adapt media plans as needed, and communicate updates to key stakeholders to ensure alignment
