Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role requires onsite presence during standard business hours and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a GMP environment are highly preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment and will play a key role in supporting our early phase clinical pipeline of synthetic drug products.
Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on cleaning, sanitization, and setup of processing equipment and process rooms.
Support manufacturing process readiness activities.
Assist in the review of facility and equipment documentation (equipment/room logbooks).
Maintain inventory of raw materials and consumables.
Support day-to-day operational needs of the facility.
Ability to adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform cleaning, sanitization, and setup of processing equipment and process rooms.
Support manufacturing process readiness activities.
Support day-to-day operational needs of the facility.
Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
Collaboration:
The candidate will collaborate closely with Process Development scientists, engineers, EH&
S, Quality, F&
E, maintenance, and other supporting functions within a highly collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Degree in a science/pharmaceutical science-related area OR
Associate’s degree &
2 years of directly related experience OR
High school diploma / GED &
4 years of directly related experience
Additional Qualifications:
Familiarity with PPE and ability to use a PAPR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive leadership mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
