The Role:
We are looking for an Associate Manager, Recruiting to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. In this entry level position, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier college students to participate in our student ambassador programs across the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, implement and lead campus recruiting strategies at colleges and universities nationwide, effectively communicating how Wasserman Next Gen can enhance the student experience through program opportunities
Develop solid business relationships with key campus contacts within on-campus career centers, as well as relevant student organizations
Use growing relationships with talent pools and understanding of talent markets to qualify, identify, secure and/or develop talent pools to address immediate and near-term talent needs
Leverage traditional and creative sourcing methods including research, networking, social media, event attendance, partnerships, memberships and referrals
Understand the unique needs of each client program and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the Wasserman Next Gen Client Services team to understand the unique needs of each client program and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
Collaborate with Wasserman Next Gen Client Services team to ensure efficient, effective recruitment processes, including but not limited to identifying role requirements and specific job objectives across various clients and roles
Track all activity in Salesforce by creating, updating and maintaining accurate documentation of student, university and program records
Support daily workflow of client projects to ensure timely, economic program execution
Measure and analyze the performance of recruitment tactics to identify optimization of opportunities
Research higher education institutions, including campus trends, policies, procedures, event opportunities, campus contacts, etc.
Participate in agency brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage Next Gen consumers
Contribute to agency culture by actively participating in building positive internal relationships and maintaining enthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks and agency passion points
Perform other duties, as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years’ experience
Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies
Customer-service focus with outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret mass data
Values and respects the importance of organization and time management for effective multitasking
Creative thinker that is willing to travel ‘outside of the box’ for the right solution(s)
Ability to deliver excellence, both independently and collaboratively, when needed
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, FormAssembly a plus
