We are on a mission to advance and transform data-driven marketing capabilities in the pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking an experienced Data Strategy Manager to support our efforts in enabling HCP data for all Analytics and BI use cases for U.S Therapeutic Operations. In this critical role within the MABI (Marketing Analytics and Business insights) Center of excellence team, the data strategist will be responsible identifying the ways to standardize the data to generate cutting edge insights and analytics. Drive scalability in data utilization by designing and delivering repeatable data processes and lowering costs by creating economies of scale and efficiencies in data management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and standardization of Performance and NPP data deliverables acquired and integrated across all AbbVie’s Collaboration products. You will also be providing analytics support for Data Integrations related to new data sources that we acquire and integrate with existing AbbVie Sources. You will work closely with the MABI Brand Analytics, Digital lab, Media Strategy teams to understand data needs and requirements;
Data Governance Office to implement a robust Data Quality Framework, update, and manage domain metadata, and spearhead data quality issue resolution in collaboration with BTS (IT) and source data providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of a scalable data operations framework that enhances data quality, improves speed of data integrations, and provides standardization across AbbVieHCP Promotional, Non-Promotional, Sales and HCP enablement data.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the wide spectrum of data represented in the HCP ecosystems across different domains and archetypes.
Document metric requirements, data dictionaries and source to target mapping to support meet business needs.
Run frequent DQM processes to validate existing performance data used for Analytics, Reporting and Performance measurement.
Implement the data governance framework ensuring transparency and trust in data and metric logic with our partners.
Creating data inventories, catalogs &
definitions repository to ensure data accessibility, visibility and understanding is supported across all stakeholders within AbbVie.
Serve as the SME for Non promotional data providers.
As part of AbbVie’s current and future acquisition of new commercial products, lead data operations to ensure Business Continuity while data is integrated with AbbVie HCP ecosystems.
Perform analysis to evaluate new data sources that we plan to integrate with existing AbbVie ecosystems.
Build and maintain relationships with AbbVie BTS team, Media Planning team and stakeholder/users of HCP data.
Build and maintain relationships with external media data providersto ensure ongoing relevance and quality of acquired data.
Coordinate feedback from data consumers to ensure ongoing quality and relevance of purchased data.
Can hire a candidate as an Associate Manager (G17) or Manager I (G18). Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.
