The Now Assist Requestors team in the UX Platform Engineering organization is comprised of passionate Software Engineers, focused on delivering a high-quality Gen AI product to our customers.Our product enables customer service and technical support agents to initiate and collaborate in discussions with other knowledgeable agents and enables improving the self-service deflection for requestors. This improves agent's productivity and, ultimately, helps our agents resolve tasks &
inquires in an efficient &
optimized manner.
