Associate Director, Procurement Analytics & Reporting

Job Description
Leadership and People Responsibilities:
Oversee the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance reviews and provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching to staff. Build organizational talent by creating a learning environment that ensures employees realize their highest potential
Build and lead a lean team proficient in computational statistics, BI Visualization and UX Design
Develop strategies to leverage relevant Procurement data and build through the delivery of easy to use reports and dashboards, sophisticated data analysis and advanced data modelling
Implement Agile model and ensure successful delivery of Data Products and Use Cases while serving as the product manager for a cluster of analytical capabilities
Manage portfolio of business intelligence projects to ensure on-time delivery
Design, build and optimize data visualizations tools to provide actionable insights that enhance business decision making
Implement data governance framework and data management practices to ensure data quality for all Procurement-related data. Collaborate with Finance and BTS partners as necessary
Lead and develop a Procurement-wide approach to digitizing data science models and solutions, advanced analytics and data visualization
Ensure deployment of analytics in accordance with industry leading practices for UX design, data processing efficiency and advanced statistical modeling
Manage production of complex ad-hoc reporting and automate as necessary
Benchmark and evaluate business intelligence best practices and solutions related data visualization and data mining that will be sustainable and fit our AbbVie environment
