Who You Are:
You are a growth oriented and resilient Dentist who partners well with fellow team members and doctors. You get to know your patients by active listening and also have the ability to read non-verbal cues and adjust care accordingly. You are self-motivated, accountable, patient and a lifelong learner.
What You'll Do:
Patient Examination and Management:
work with an established team of dental practice professionals to deliver excellent care to your patients including but not limited to:
implants, extraction, restorative, root canals, dentures, etc. In lockstep with your examination room team, co-present coordinated treatment plans to patients with an emphasis on patient comfort and respect.
Office and Patient Management:
manage staff assignments and activities in accordance with office policy and applicable laws. Consistently expand knowledgebase and utilization of practice's equipment and software as well as practice management best practices.
Staff Management:
recruit, interview and select staff members. Help resolve employee relations issues and maintain a drama free workplace. Actively engage with the team and participate in huddles and staff meetings.
Promote the practice through deep awareness of the practice mission, it's long-term success plan and it's short term goals. Engage with the community and maintain good relationships with other local professionals.
Stay up to date on all compliance, safety and licensure training and requirements.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD program and licensed to practice in the state.
Practice experience a plus, not required.
Registered and in good standing with state licensing agencies.
Valid CPR certification.
Benefits
Full Time Opportunities (4-5 days a week), 8 hour shifts (must be able to work Saturdays).
Ability to earn up to 30%+ of collections. Target earnings are between 180,000 and 300,000.
401(k) and up to a 4% match.
