Associate Dentist

Our family practice is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team.
We are committed to providing exceptional dental care to our patients. We are a private fee-for-service dental office that offers comprehensive dental services, including routine and emergency care, as well as specialty procedures. We need a bread and butter general dentist with at least a couple of years experience. Implants and Endo a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide general dental care to patients, including performing routine exams, fillings, and extractions.
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs.
Collaborate with our team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry to provide the best treatment options to our patients.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:
30- 5:
30 and some Saturdays (if Sat is worked, then a day off during the week)
Requirements
Dental license in good standing
Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience in cosmetic dentistry is a plus
Benefits
Base pay of $750-900 daily or % of production, whichever is higher. 25% of production up to $50,000 a month;
if above that, 30%
