The Opportunity–
We’re a diverse creative group that crafts award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, beauty, and entertainment clients, and we’re on the lookout for an amazing Associate Creative Director to join our fast-growing team!
Who You Are –
Passionate, creative, collaborative — we’re looking for an Associate Creative Director who can see the whole picture on projects just as easily as zooming in on the finer details. Someone who crafts extraordinary ideas in their sleep and can work alongside our talented team of account leads, project managers and producers to bring those visions to reality while being a trusted partner for our clients.
What You’ll Do–
You’ll help lead the day-to-day charge on a variety of projects to ensure that the creative is on brief and strategically pulled through from kickoff to client presentations to execution. From sports sponsorships to content to experiential, you’ll ideate against a multitude of client needs while working closely with supporting designers to build amazing creative that takes the team’s skills to the next level.
Additionally, you’ll collaborate with clients to craft concepts and strategy that push them to bigger and better places, all while staying on top of industry trends that keep brands relevant in their respective space.
Other Responsibilities–
Help develop the look and feel of ideas
Needed to travel on-site for events and installations throughout year
Be able to communicate between creative and account teams
Understand the role broadcast and content play in strategic sports sponsorships
Maintain design and idea quality control
Work with third party vendors and/or partner agencies
Anticipate challenges across projects
Maintain an understanding of clients, current and upcoming projects
Develop a trusting and communicative relationship with team members and clients
Regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness
Requirements
Passion for Women’s Sports and growing that community
5+ years relevant experience, with 2+ years in experiential, social and digital channels
Strong design and written communication skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
Understanding of print production
Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, Office Suite
Prior experience and/or knowledge in sports, music, and entertainment is beneficial
Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to multi-task
Benefits
Base salary range:
$110-160K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to;
market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
