Use your strengths as a Client Solutions Consultant!
In this role, you will assist in the development and delivery of healthcare insights to internal stakeholders, consultants, and large employer groups. You will extract and analyze data from many sources, formulating and testing hypotheses to develop the most important insights, as well as supporting information. You will help create new analysis approaches and visualizations, and redesign existing presentations to support strategic insights. You will leverage your technical skills to assist in developing scalable reporting tools and processes and will work with Account Managers and other subject matter experts within Wellmark to provide information on current plan performance. Lastly, you will understand the drivers of trend and develop strategies to align benefits with corporate goals managing the total cost of care.
