OVERVIEW:
As the Associate Attorney for Rosenberg &
Associates, LLC, you’llrepresent our clients in District of Columbia court hearings, mediations, and oversight of work product by staff. Our goal is to help you become a well-rounded attorney that can effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and the court.

Job Description:
Advise and represent clients in default related services including foreclosure, evictions and bankruptcy
Review, prepare, and file legal documents
Conduct basic court hearings in District of Columbia
Communicate with our clients, colleagues, courts, and others involved in the case
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for business clients
Work extensively with staff to meet deadlines and client requirements
Attend court hearings and mediations
Prioritize and manage an assigned case load, while demonstrating attention to detail
Develop and share subject matter expertise with internal and external clients to move files and achieve client goals
