Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing and new cases
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assist with case management and strategy development
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and negotiations
Maintain client relationships and provide timely and effective communication
Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal trends
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the [state] bar association
3+ years of experience in First-Party Property
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in legal software and technology
