Assistant Program Director / Human Services

Job Description
The Assistant Program Director is responsible for supporting the operations of the Santa Rosa, CA Resource Center. This program is designed to support people's independence in the community. The focus is on volunteering, employment, travel training, purchasing and money management, continuing education, and behavioral self-regulation. The goal of the program is to teach each person the skills they need to become independent within the community.
Your Role:

Creating Impactful Programs:
Design and develop group activities, workshops, and community partnerships that help individuals become more independent.
Leading with Purpose:
Oversee the Santa Rosa Resource Center's operations, ensuring high-quality program offerings and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Inspiring Community Connections:
Forge new partnerships to expand our activities and engagement opportunities.
Managing with Excellence:
Handle Budgeting, workshop calendars, and provide leadership to our dedicated staff.
If you have previous supervision experience and have also worked in positions supporting summer or day camp activities, working as a paraeducator in a school setting, or have a background in sales or development, this position would likely be an ideal fit for you.
