As the Assistant General Manager:
You will have the responsibility of implementing strategies for installing flooring, establishing installation objectives, and evaluating performance metrics.
You will be in charge of recruiting, training, and motivating the Installation Team to improve regional flooring installation results and enhance overall performance.
You will provide support for sales appointments as required.
You will receive ongoing training and assistance in sales, operations, and management.
You will gain an understanding of our company's core values and how we embody them.

Requirements
You have a valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You are proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office technology.
Prior sales experience is preferred.
