Fast Casual Concept is currently looking for a qualified Assistant General Manager to head FOH operations. Support the General Manager in leading, and developing a team to success in this high-volume, full-service location.
Qualifications
2+ years experience as a Manager in a high volume environment, experience in a new store opening (preferred)
Knowledge of managing a very seasonal business - flexing up dramatically for the summer months and tightening belts in the winter
Strong financial / business acumen and understanding of food safety standards, DOH regulations
Responsibilities
Ensuring our guests have an amazing dining experience
Assisting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
Managing catering orders and onsite private events
Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory
