Assistant F & I Liaison

Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the General Manager and the F&
I Director the AssistantF&
I Manager is responsiblefor assisting the sales and finance departments to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Position description:
The position requires skills in assuring the Sales and F&
I Departments operate atpeak efficiency.
Essential Duties and These include the following duties;
however, other duties may be necessarily performed:
Process Deals and All Bank Paperwork-Contracts
Ensure all transactions are submitted and processed in a timely manner
Work with Sales Department to obtain all current-correct required documents
Control Contracts in Transit to ensure timely deal funding
Ensure all documents are compliant with State and Federal regulation
Time Management Skills required to complete job duties within a tight time schedule
Working Dealership knowledge experience is a plus.
Full Time:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, work hours 9am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
