We are currently seeking an Assistant Contract Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the contract management team by assisting with contract administration, documentation, and coordination.
Responsibilities:
Assist with contract management activities, including reviewing and analyzing contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
Prepare and maintain contract documentation, such as amendments, change orders, and addendums
Coordinate contract activities with internal departments and external stakeholders
Assist with contract negotiations and resolving contract-related issues
Track contract milestones and deadlines, and notify relevant parties of upcoming deadlines
Requirements
Qualifications:
CTQP Final Estimates Level I o Achieve prior to starting on the project
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two (2) years of secretarial and/or clerical experience
Experienced with standard word processing and data management software
