Job Description
Sheladia is searching for a dedicated and experiencedArchitectural Reviewerto join our team in Largo, MD. This is a contract position but may develop to full or part time employment. This job is largely in office, but some remote work is possible.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to review architectural plans and drawings for various projects.
Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and change orders for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with contract documents.
Assess the architectural designs for feasibility, functionality, and compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide insightful feedback and recommendations to enhance the integration of architectural aspects within engineering projects.
Conduct review meetings and prepare summary reports.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in architectural trends, technologies, and construction techniques to improve project outcomes.
Other duties as assigned.
