We are looking to hire a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team here in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is 100% in-office and located near Downtown Phoenix. If you are an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist looking to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing.
Responsible for bank and account reconciliations and preparing monthly customer aging reports.
Responsible for cash applications and creating and setting up new accounts.
Responsible for processing adjustments to the General Ledger
Monitor and follow up with customers' accounts regarding past due payments and resolve any discrepancies to ensure timely collection and posting of payments to customer accounts.
B2B collections and assist in catching up on aging 30, 60, 90, and 120 reports.
Post to paid accounts and close out unpaid balances.
Assist with other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable
3 years of Cash Applications and B2B collections experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess high attention to detail with accuracy.
