The Apprentice Technician II for Sunstate Equipment is a learning position, designed to transition individuals into Line, Topline, or Field Service technician roles. Throughout your time in the Apprentice Technician program, you will perform basic preventive maintenance services on a wide range of construction equipment. These services include but are not limited to:
checking fluid levels, changing oil, and lubricating. While in this role there will be ongoing training on how to troubleshoot diagnose and repair various systems and engines for our construction equipment.
Requirements
Preferred Skills:
Safety - Some Knowledge
Diesel - Some Knowledge
Aerial - Some Knowledge
Construction Equipment - Some Knowledge
Preferred Qualities/Experience:
Beginner to Intermediate experience in diesel oil changes and lube, with some preventive maintenance experience too.
Have a desire to learn and grow;

Have an unrestricted drivers license and a clean driving record.
High quality control. Respect your work and make it known.
Be able to collaborate with a team to ensure the flow of equipment is on-going.
