Do you possess a strong background in application development with Java/J2EE and Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot? Responsibilities
Drive improved quality, design, marketing, and development of all current and future product releases
Deliver top notch software leveraging Java and React utilizing Agile methods.
Work collaboratively in small, cross-functional, and disbursed teams.
Collaborate with business partners, product managers and designers.
Work intimately with the team and other stakeholders to deliver quality software within our client specifications.
Handle multiple, competing priorities inherent in a large software development eco-system
Drive partner adoption of the iterative development processes and best practices
Grow technical capabilities / expertise and provide guidance to other members on the team
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
Strong software development background with a focus on OOP concepts.
Experience working to build applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot and React JS
Strong experience working with GCP technologies (Cloud Run, DataProc, BigQuery, etc)
Experiences working with Big Data &
Analytics to identify, create and utilize new use case opportunities
Strong architectural experience is highly desirable
Background in working with mentoring and leading team members
Minimum of 5 years in the delivering customer facing products
Minimum 4 years of development experience in Java on a Public Cloud Platform
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment both on-site in the Detroit area and WFH.
